Hot flash, cool splash.
4I have been using this product for approximately two weeks, I am actually surprised I like it. When I get a hot flash I would spritz the no7 cooling mist on my face and could instantly feel a difference. I was worried about it drying my skin out but as of yet it has not affected my skin. It has a light, pleasant scent so you can use it at the office. I sometimes will spry my neck and chest, for a cool down.

Cooling, hydration in a bottle
4I really like this menopause cooling mist for menopausal hot flashes and summertime heat. This product has a nice light scent and the feel of the mist is perfect for occasional hot flashes as well as hot, humid conditions. I love it. Another bonus is the size. It lasts a while! I will most likely buy it when I run out. Love Boots products!

5I love this product, I take it to work with me and keep it by my bed at night. It is amazing and helps so much with hot flashes.

Fresh ad Cool
4How does this product compare to other products you've tried? I really haven't used anything other than a regular hydrating mist water, but I think this provided more moisture due to the glycerine! What are some benefits of owning this product? It's handy, portable, refreshing, and quick to dry; it doesn't cause irritation. Would you buy this product? If it was priced reasonably, I would use it during at least hot months for cooling and moisturizing in general Would you recommend this product to your friends or family? yes!

Feels very moisturizing, but it is not lasting.
3I love the way it feels on my skin, but it is not lasting. My skin feels dry in a few minutes. I didn't see any changes in my face.

Ok Product
3I really was not to impressed with this product. I could do the same thing with a spray bottle of water and it would be about the same. It was cooling for in the moment but u need to keep applying when it dries. Would not purposely buy it.
